Yellow meated (pulp)
Size: 10 to 30 pounds
Maturing period: 75 to 85 days
Delicious yellow flesh extra-soft, adds a touch of color to fruit salad.
Zone 6 feet apart in fertile, well drained soil. Keep well watered until the stage of maturation. The fruits are ripe when the stem breaks easily.

Red Meat (Fleah)
Acoma
Citrullus lanatus. The watermelon is said to have been cultivated by the ancestors of the Acoma. Globular fruit with the skin slightly elongated light green to dark. Red-penetrated.
