I have a Rogers cell phone and my new Nokia 7610 I put the SIM card from Rogers, does not work. Theres no signal. Is it to unlock the thing? Where?

Yes, you need the phone to be unlocked before they can work with Rogers to comment on any cell phone store in the mall and they do to you!
