I have a 42" Samsung Plasma TV that I bought 2 years ago. For the last year a blue fuzz is on the screen...? - plasma tv cause skin itching

Who knows how to solve this problem or what causes it? This seems to happen when the TV is turned on for half an hour. Usually beige, tan or gray in color. It makes me crazy, since the TV is only 2 years and I have paid so dearly for it. Thank you!
